Contacts
With your permission, we access your device contacts to help you find and call people easily. We only access phone numbers from Ethiopia (+251) and Eritrea (+291). Contact data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

- App usage analytics
- Crash reports and performance data
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain our VoIP calling services
- Process payments and manage your account balance
- Send service notifications (low balance alerts, call summaries)

- Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication), VoIP carriers (call routing)

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication tokens, and regular security audits. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call history is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
